(Sorry for the blur wrong focused photo, I’m too lazy to make a new one…)
It is one of the storybeats, which I made for my new comic. When all things go well, it will be published on the comic-magazine Strichnin of my University – Hochschule Augsburg. It’s a story based on my own experience in Germany, and this story “happened” between me and the little me inside (in my heart).
I’ve just draw the storybeats and the rough story (il soggetto, the term I learned in Urbino, hihi). Details are not totally fixed yet. I’d like to say It seems quite good-going, my Professor likes the story (ah, I forgot to say, Strichnin is a cool Projekt of our faculty, which I attend this semester).
Maybe some of you guys have seen a similar drawing months ago, and that is the inspiration of the new comic. For Strichnin this semester, the story must be based on a thing, which we’ve found around us. It can be a photo in our family album, it can be a interesting sentence which catches us in a book, it can also be a stone which has hit on us etc. Important is, it must make us less or more moved. And we should tell a story of it or of anything related to it, about its past and also about the possible consequences. So, my old drawing was what I found that moved me. Actually there was a little story behind this watercolor drawing. But now I’m too tired. Maybe I will tell you… someday.
Next week I’ll go to Stuttgart to enjoy a Animation-Week(03.05 till 08.05), at FMX and ITFS. I’m very excited!
P.S. I have some mini stories for mini comic-strips. I will post the end products after the trip:P
