In the past 3 weeks I’ve been working intensively on a comic project – Comic Clash. It was hold by the biggest germany comic festival Erlangen Comic-Salon. The participants were the independent comic magazines(or comic group) in Germany. They organized comic artists and produced a magazin with the topic ” the meaning of life”, it should have more than 32 pages. And the Competition goes among these magazines (There’re 23 teams!). I was in the “Jazam!”-Team. Though I have received the invitation already in last October, I’ve just had the inspiration of the Story three weeks ago, shortly before the deadline. And it finally turned out to be 9 pages, and at the same time I also had some exams so… The past 3 weeks were the hell, I even didn’t visit the exhibition of the graduates of our faculty:( . But now I’m very happy that it was eventually done.
Unfortunately the text is in german. Well, it’s half-autobiografical story about me(it means it based on my personal experience, but it hasn’t really happened), . The story began in a shopping center. My friend and flatmate Kathi found out that I don’t like red. I told her that I’ve hated red since I was 6 years old, and it can be traced back to my experience in my childhood. My mother, she loved red very very very much. But it was not the only reason. I can’t tell you more details, otherwise you will get to know the essence of the story. XD
The Magazine should be finished before 30. April, and can be bought at Erlangen Comic-Salon. Aaaaaaah, I can’t wait to get one ^0^ , it’s so exciting!
Now, please enjoy the preview of the first three pages:)
